EXSOR presents its latest development: together with our suppliers we designed our highly sophisticated ALL-METAL sorting technology, which we will offer with a very reasonable price – to support our customers investment policy.

Our new model EX900-AM offers All-Metal sorting technology and intuitive touch screen operating. It is now possible, to easily adjust a certain range of material – which means that not interesting metals or metal groups can be faded.

Thus you can work in a wide range of slag recycling and shredder light fraction as well as sorting metals out of glass or wood – with capacities up to 40 to/h (slag) and 12 to/h (shredded waste)

Never ever before metal sorting has been that easy – test it!

online monitoring of your installation – do you know whats going on?

Yes we can: EXSOR offers flexible solutions with mobile phone or PC. You can connect yourself with the website of EXSOR and there you will find a secured area for customers. With a spezial code, you can get online many infomations about your machine : operational mode, operation hours, used selection mode, serial number and many other interesting informations.

All datas are regularily stored in an internal memory section. Even if your internet connection did not work for several days, you can retrieve the complete history, you can check faults or get service informations – you just have to press a button and you can print it out,too.

INCODECS releases update for EMCAM-SCE.

This hardware and software update may be used with all versions EMCAM-SCE II and III

and offers the following advantages:

• new, dynamic location of particles in direction of conveyor belt

• circular vibrations of the belt and its slippage are detected by the senor and compensated

• new methods of interpolation to screen the shape of selected pieces

• new noise and interference protection of the highly sensitive magnetfield sensor to reduce the influence of powerful electrical drives, mobil phones and FM transmitters

• new selection mode available especially to sort slag (incineration, steel industry)

• distinction of very fine particles and metal coatings on minerals with very high probability

• with the reduced sensitivity of the EMCAM-system as far as Fe2O3 coating and Fe is concerned, it is possible to suppress Fe-metal and steel, while sorting mixed metals. These improvements lead to a better selection of pieces without „over-sorting“.
